Allah loves sneezing and hates yawning (So does Satan)

Bukhari: 8:73: 245

Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet said, "Allah loves sneezing but dislikes yawning; so if anyone of you sneezes and then praises Allah, every Muslim who hears him (praising Allah) has to say Tashmit to him [Tashmit is the following prayer "May Allah show you his mercy]. But as regards yawning, it is from Satan, so if one of you yawns, he should try his best to stop it, for when anyone of you yawns, Satan laughs at him."

1) Why does Allah love sneezing?

2) Why does Allah dislike yawning, and Satan laugh at someone who yawns?
a) Is it because Allah and Satan could be the same?

3) Why do Allah or Satan even care if you sneeze or yawn?
a) Don't either of them have anything better to do than worrying about whether you sneeze or yawn?
b) What is the relevance of either of these actions with respect to morality?
c) What is Muslim morality? (i.e. Mohammad (may peace be upon) could break every single one of the 10 COmmandments and be referred to as the greatest Messenger?)

Bukhari:V6B60N13 "The Prophet prayed facing Jerusalem but he wished that his Qiblah would be the Ka'aba at Mecca so Allah Revealed a Qur'an. A man who had prayed with him went out and said, 'I swear I have prayed with the Prophet facing Mecca.' Hearing that, they turned their faces to the Ka'aba while they were still bowing. Some men had died before the Qiblah was changed and we did not know what to say about them (whether their prayers toward Jerusalem were accepted or not)."
