Dr. Mohammad Part IV - The case of the lying abdomen

Bukhari - Volume 7, Book 71, Number 614:
Narrated Abu Said:
A man came to the prophet and said, 'My brother has got loose motions. The Prophet said, Let him drink honey." The man again (came) and said, 'I made him drink (honey) but that made him worse.' The Prophet said, 'Allah has said the Truth, and the abdomen of your brother has told a lie." (See Hadith No. 88)

Once again, Dr. Mohammad and Dr. Allah have come to the rescue of someone suffering from diarrhea...

1) Why don't all Muslims cure diarrhea with honey?
a) If a Muslim does not cure diarrhea with honey, does that mean that they are an apostate?
b) If they become worse, does this mean that their bodies are lying?
c) Or did Bukhari include this hadith to illustrate a metaphor showing that the body was rejecting Mohammad's cure because it was not really a cure, just like how his word was not really the word of God?

2) How did the abdomen tell a lie?
a) Because it refused to get better?
b) Wouldn't the abdomen try to get better?
c) Why didn't Mohammad accuse either the man delivering the news or the man afflicted with the illness of lying?
d) Is it because it was plain to everyone that the man had diarrhea, and that neither of them were lying, so Allah's apostle (may peace be upon him), needed to blame something else for telling a lie?

3) Was Mohammad's lack of a cure, a reason why Mohammad ordained that one method of martyrdom is by dying from diarrhea? (Follow up to:
http://muslimhadith.blogspot.com/2008/08/it-is-sin-to-put-thorny-twig-out-of-way.html)

Sahih Muslim - Book 020, Number 4705:
It has been narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira that the, Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: While a man walks along a path, finds a thorny twig lying on the way and puts it aside, Allah would appreciate it and forgive him The Holy Prophet (may peace be upon him) said: The martyrs are of five kinds: one who dies of plague; one who dies of diarrhoea (or cholera) ; one who is drowned; one who is buried under debris and one who dies fighting in the way of Allah.

a) In other words, did Mohammad say that martyrdom by diarrhea in order to make amends to Mohammad's faulty cure of honey (which may have resulted in this poor man's death, whose abdomen allegedly lied)?

YOU SEEM TO BE IGNORANT ON THE MEDICINAL USES OF HONEY, BELOW ARE SOME STUDIES ON THE MEDICINE USES OF HONEY MY DEAR;

Study: Teaspoon of Honey Works Better for Children Than Cough Medicine
A teaspoon of honey before bed seems to calm children's coughs and help them sleep better, according to a new study that relied on parents' reports of their children's symptoms.

The folk remedy did better than cough medicine or no treatment in a three-way comparison. Honey may work by coating and soothing an irritated throat, the study authors said.

"Many families are going to relate to these findings and say that grandma was right," said lead author Dr. Ian Paul of Pennsylvania State University's College of Medicine.

The research appears in December's Archives of Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine

Federal health advisers have recently warned that over-the-counter cough and cold medicines shouldn't be used in children younger than 6, and manufacturers are taking some products for babies off the market.

Three pediatricians who read the study said they would tell parents seeking alternative remedies to try honey. They noted that honey should not be given to children under age 1 because of a rare but serious risk of botulism.

For the research, researchers recruited 105 children with upper respiratory infections from a clinic in Pennsylvania. Parents were given a paper bag with a dosing device inside. Some were empty. Some contained an age-appropriate dose of honey-flavored cough medicine containing dextromethorphan. And some contained a similar dose of honey.

Honey Scientific Report
3.2 Honey and gastric ulcers
Oral administration of honey significantly accelerated the healing of indomethacin-induced
gastric ulcers in rats, in a study by Ali (1994). The effect of honey, administered twice daily
at a rate of 312 mg/kg, was comparable to that of the drug sucralfate (500 mg/kg)
administered with the same frequency, and both treatments were more effective than no
treatment. The dose of sucralfate used in this study was far in excess of that recommended
for human use. Forty rats were included in each treatment group. The healing effect of honey
was measured in terms of the severity of dissected lesions, extent of diarrhoea, and weight
loss over time. The author speculated that the healing effect of honey in this study may be
due to five factors: its viscosity, so that it provides a protective covering over the affected
area; its hygroscopic properties enabling it to absorb oedema fluids; promotion of the
formation of granulation tissue; antibacterial activity; and the presence of enzymes such as
catalase.

You seem to be illitrate - "'Allah has said the Truth, and the abdomen of your brother has told a lie." Bukhari - Volume 7, Book 71, Number 614:

Prophet Mohammad (may peace be unto him) rejected that a man was still sick, and accused his abdomen of bing a liar.

As well - your quote makes no sense at all - you are prescribing honey for coughs or gastric ulcers in rats, where Prophet Mohammad (May peace be unto him) used honey as a cure for diarrhea - Next time you try to defend a point, try to stick to the subject of what the cure is for.

Your site, besides being very informative, is one of the funniest sites I have ever seen. And the stupidity of Muhammad is so evident that only those who are still more stupid can seriously call him a prophet and , moreover, to invite all the world to emulate him.
