Heaven is filled up!

Paradise is full, and 54,000 Prophets have been turned away

Tabari I:323 "I asked the Messenger of Allah how many prophets there were. He replied, '124,000.' I asked him how many of those were messengers. He replied, '313, a large crowd.'"

Bukhari:V8B76N550 "I heard Allah's Apostle saying, 'From my followers there will be a crowd of 70,000 in number who will enter Paradise whose faces will glitter as the moon.'"

1) If 54,000 prophets will be turned away from heaven, what chance do Muslims who are not prophets have of reaching heaven?
a) Who were the 124,000 prophets?

2) What do Muslims say about the very limited space in heaven?
a) How do they feel that only the "weak and the humble among the people enter me [heaven]" http://muslimhadith.blogspot.com/2008/08/volume-6-book-60-number-373-narrated.html
b) Is this why Prophet Mohmmad (may peace be upon him) asks that people say (peace be upon him) every time one mentions His (may peace be upon him) name?

3) If a Muslim had the option of getting into heaven, and forcing Allah to put Mohammad (may peace be upon him) in the hllfire, would they take that opportunity considering that Mohammad (peace be unto him) did not know if he would reach heaven?

Bukhari: Volume 5, Book 58, Number 266:
Narrated 'Um al-'Ala:
An Ansari woman who gave the pledge of allegiance to the Prophet that the Ansar drew lots concerning the dwelling of the Emigrants. 'Uthman bin Maz'un was decided to dwell with them (i.e. Um al-'Ala's family), 'Uthman fell ill and I nursed him till he died, and we covered him with his clothes. Then the Prophet came to us and I (addressing the dead body) said, "O Abu As-Sa'ib, may Allah's Mercy be on you! I bear witness that Allah has honored you." On that the Prophet said, "How do you know that Allah has honored him?" I replied, "I do not know. May my father and my mother be sacrificed for you, O Allah's Apostle! But who else is worthy of it (if not 'Uthman)?" He said, "As to him, by Allah, death has overtaken him, and I hope the best for him. By Allah, though I am the Apostle of Allah, yet I do not know what Allah will do to me," By Allah, I will never assert the piety of anyone after him. That made me sad, and when I slept I saw in a dream a flowing stream for 'Uthman bin Maz'un. I went to Allah's Apostle and told him of it. He remarked, "That symbolizes his (good) deeds."

a) How about getting into heaven instead of Uthman, one of the Prophet's (PBUH) favourite companions?

Allah has hated you for asking too many questions about religion

Qur'an 5:101 "Believers, ask not questions about things which if made plain to you may cause you trouble when the Qur'an is revealed. Some people before you asked questions, and on that account lost their faith."

Maududi, in his commentary, The Meaning of the Qur'an, explains: "The Prophet forbade people to ask questions or to pry into such things."

Volume 2, Book 24, Number 555:
Narrated Ash-sha'bi:
The clerk of Al-Mughira bin Shu'ba narrated, "Muawiya wrote to Al-Mughira bin Shu'ba: Write to me something which you have heard from the Prophet (p.b.u.h) ." So Al-Mughira wrote: I heard the Prophet saying, "Allah has hated for you three things:
1. Vain talks, (useless talk) that you talk too much or about others.
2. Wasting of wealth (by extravagance)
3. And asking too many questions (in disputed religious matters) or asking others for something (except in great need).

1) Recently, IFTIKHAR AHMAD referred me to www.irf.net because I ask questions about Islam, and I do not research enough. He went on to say that "All the aspects of His [Prohet Mohammad] (PBUH) life are open to get guidance. http://muslimhadith.blogspot.com/2008/05/mohammad-had-lots-of-semen-on-his.html

2) My questions to him are - What guidance can I get about Aisha cleaning semen stains from Prophet Mohammad's (PBUH) cloak?
a) Do Muslims get guidance from the hadiths that if a fly falls in their drink, they should dip it in upside down because the other side cures them? http://muslimhadith.blogspot.com/2008/07/dr-mohammad.html
b) How about getting other people to lick your fingers? http://muslimhadith.blogspot.com/2008/07/mohammad-original-kfc-colonel.html
c) Or better yet, divorcing your wife 3 times and getting someone else to have sex with her in order for you to marry her again? http://muslimhadith.blogspot.com/2008/06/mohallel-islams-version-of-please-bang.html
d) How about she monkey's having illegal sexual intercourse? http://muslimhadith.blogspot.com/2008/04/she-monkeys-were-capable-of-illegal.html
e) Or the fact that lying on your back and placing one foot on the other is forbidden? http://muslimhadith.blogspot.com/2008/07/lying-on-your-back-and-placing-one-foot.html
f) Etc, etc.

3) Although I think IFTIKHAR AHMAD is a wonderful human being, I am puzzled why he did not answer any of my questions.
a) Could it be that if he does, he may start to ask questions of his own concerning Islam, for which Allah will hate him?
b) Will Allah hate you if you ask questions concerning religious matters?
c) Why does Prohet Mohammad (PBUH) say that if things about religious matters are made plain to you, you will lose your faith?
d) Could it be that Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) was making up alot of the Quran as he went along, and recasting the his marvellous Quran recitals from a young Christian slave name Jabr? http://muslimhadith.blogspot.com/2008/12/mohammads-christmas-special_7190.html
e) Is this why Muslims will not dig deep into their religion because they are afraid they will lose their faith?
f) Is it worth holding on to a faith if your only way to keep it is by being willfully ignorant of everything else, and refuse to question, and struggle with your own belief system to know if it truly is worth having?

4) To quote IFTIKHAR AHMAD "the Hellfire is really a bad place. May you get get guidance soon."
a) It would be a pity if you don't question Islam, and its religious matters, even at the risk of Allah hating you.

Allah loves sneezing and hates yawning (So does Satan)

Bukhari: 8:73: 245

Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet said, "Allah loves sneezing but dislikes yawning; so if anyone of you sneezes and then praises Allah, every Muslim who hears him (praising Allah) has to say Tashmit to him [Tashmit is the following prayer "May Allah show you his mercy]. But as regards yawning, it is from Satan, so if one of you yawns, he should try his best to stop it, for when anyone of you yawns, Satan laughs at him."

1) Why does Allah love sneezing?
a) Is it because fever is from the fire of Hell? http://muslimhadith.blogspot.com/2008/08/dr-mohammad-part-iii.html
b) Is it because Mohammad's (may peace be upon him) lord was Satan? http://muslimhadith.blogspot.com/2009/01/mohammad-sick-because-his-satan.html

2) Why does Allah dislike yawning, and Satan laugh at someone who yawns?
a) Is it because Allah and Satan could be the same?

3) Why do Allah or Satan even care if you sneeze or yawn?
a) Don't either of them have anything better to do than worrying about whether you sneeze or yawn?
b) What is the relevance of either of these actions with respect to morality?
c) What is Muslim morality? (i.e. Mohammad (may peace be upon) could break every single one of the 10 COmmandments and be referred to as the greatest Messenger?)

4) Does Allah use the same reasoning skills when he forbade Muslims not to face the Qibla when they would go to the bathroom? http://muslimhadith.blogspot.com/2008/06/one-must-not-face-qibla-in-taking-dump.html
a) Yet Allah changed his mind on where the Qiblah should be based on Mohammad's (may peace be upon him) desires (which Aisha noted with reference to Allah granting Mohammad's sexual desires "I feel that your Lord hastens in fulfilling your wishes and desires." http://muslimhadith.blogspot.com/2008/08/allah-works-to-make-sure-mohammads.html)

Bukhari:V6B60N13 "The Prophet prayed facing Jerusalem but he wished that his Qiblah would be the Ka'aba at Mecca so Allah Revealed a Qur'an. A man who had prayed with him went out and said, 'I swear I have prayed with the Prophet facing Mecca.' Hearing that, they turned their faces to the Ka'aba while they were still bowing. Some men had died before the Qiblah was changed and we did not know what to say about them (whether their prayers toward Jerusalem were accepted or not)."

5) Why was Mohammad (may peace be upon him) embarrassed to ask Allah to reduce the amount of prayers even further that a Muslim must do, at Moses' respect, but not embarrassed about asking Allah to satisfy his carnal and sexual desires, or which way he wanted to face when he wanted to pray? http://muslimhadith.blogspot.com/2008/05/moses-and-allah-making-fun-of-mohammad.html
a) Is it because Allah's Apostle (may peace be un to him) was a man with such sexual restraint where he controlled his sexual urges during the menstration periods of his wives by ordering them to put on izars so he could fondle them through an izar, http://muslimhadith.blogspot.com/2008/06/controlling-sexual-desires-requires.html; and that Allah needed to compromise with his Apostle, (his greatest Messenger) whom he had given the sexual strength of 30 men? http://muslimhadith.blogspot.com/2008/05/mohammad-had-sexual-strength-of-30-men.html

Mohammad the original tree hugger

Bukhari: 4:56:784

Narrated Jabir bin 'Abdullah: The Prophet used to stand by a tree or a date-palm on Friday. Then an Ansari woman or man said. "O Allah's Apostle! Shall we make a pulpit for you?" He replied, "If you wish." So they made a pulpit for him and when it was Friday, he proceeded towards the pulpit (for delivering the sermon). The date-palm cried like a child! The Prophet descended (the pulpit) and embraced it while it continued moaning like a child being quieted. The Prophet said, "It was crying for (missing) what it used to hear of religious knowledge given near to it."

1) Was Mohammad (pbuh) the original tree hugger?

2) What type of religious knowledge did the tree miss?
c) Knowledge of how to clean one's self after going to the bathroom? http://muslimhadith.blogspot.com/2008/06/being-religious-scholar-in-islam.html
d) Etc. etc.: http://muslimhadith.blogspot.com/2008/12/2008-year-in-review.html

3) Was the tree a better listener than the first Muslims, where Mohammad (pbuh) refused to talk about it so much lest the first Muslims would get bored?
Bukhari:V1B3N68 "Muhammad used to take care of us in preaching by selecting a suitable time, so that we might not get bored. He abstained from pestering us with sermons and knowledge."
a) Or where the first Muslims would practice having sex when the Quran was being revealed?http://muslimhadith.blogspot.com/2008/07/quran-practicing-sex-while-quran-was.html
4) Is this hadith contrary to the Quran which states that Mohammad's only miracle was the Quran?
Surah 20:133: "They say, 'Why does he not bring us a sign (ayatin) from his Lord?' Has there not come to them the clear sign (bayyinatu) of what is in the former scrolls? "
a) Who is lying? People trying to make Mohammad (peace be upon him) something greater than he is, or Allah?

The months obey Mohammad (PBUH)

Volume 1, Book 8, Number 375:
Narrated Anas bin Malik:
Once Allah's Apostle fell off a horse and his leg or shoulder got injured. He swore that he would not go to his wives for one month and he stayed in a Mashruba (attic room) having stairs made of date palm trunks. So his companions came to visit him, and he led them in prayer sitting, whereas his companions were standing. When he finished the prayer, he said, "Imam is meant to be followed, so when he says 'Allahu Akbar,' say 'Allahu Akbar' and when he bows, bow and when he prostrates, prostrate and if he prays standing pray, standing. After the 29th day the Prophet came down (from the attic room) and the people asked him, "O Allah's Apostle! You swore that you will not go to your wives for one month." He said, "The month is 29 days."

Once again, Prophet Mohammad (may peace be upon him), cahnged the rules of the game. His followers thought that a month was 30 days long, but, Prophet Mohammad changed it to 29 days to suit his own secual desires of seeing his wives, which as Aisha (Allah bless her) conveniently pointed out: http://muslimhadith.blogspot.com/2008/08/allah-works-to-make-sure-mohammads.html, and for which Mohammad (may peace upon him) had a propensity of doing:

Bukhari:V7B67N427
"The Prophet said, ‘If I take an oath and later find something else better than that, then I do what is better and expiate my oath.'"

The Islamic calender today, as it stands:

The Islamic calendar (or Hijri calendar) is a purely lunar calendar. It contains 12 months that are based on the motion of the moon, and because 12 synodic months is only 12 x 29.53=354.36 days, the Islamic calendar is consistently shorter than a tropical year, and therefore it shifts with respect to the Gregorian calendar.

The calendar is based on the Qur'an (Sura IX, 36-37) and its proper observance is a sacred duty for Muslims.

Each month starts when the lunar crescent is first seen (by a human observer’s eye) after a new moon.

Although new moons may be calculated quite precisely, the actual visibility of the crescent is much more difficult to predict. It depends on factors such as weather, the optical properties of the atmosphere, and the location of the observer. It is therefore very difficult to give accurate information in advance about when a new month will start.

As such, you cannot predict a reliable Islamic calendar in advance, but only calenders that are based on estimates of the visibility of the lunar crescent, and the actual month may start a day earlier or later than predicted in the printed calendar.

The Pre-Islamic Calender:

Pre-Islamic Arabs had yet to switch away from the lunar calendar. But to their credit, they were at least observing intercalation to keep their seasons intact. Muhammad (pbuh) abandoned intercalation, condemning Muslims to a 354-day year. Not only didn't the pagan sacred months return to their original times, he assured that they would never be established, forever floating around the solar year.

How did Mohammad get rid of Intercalation? The story behind Sura IX, 36-37

Tabari VI:55 "The Ka'aba was taken over by the Khuza'a except three functions which were in the hands of the Mudar. The first of these was the ijazah, the giving of permission to the pilgrims to leave Arafat...The second function was the ifadah, the permission for the pilgrims to disperse to Mina on the morning of the sacrifice. The third function was the nasi, the delaying or postponement of the sacred month by intercalation. When Islam came, the sacred months had returned to their original times, and Allah established them firmly and abolished the nasi."

Ishaq:88 "This state of affairs [intercalation] lasted until Allah sent Muhammad and revealed to him and gave him the laws of his religion and the customs of the pilgrimage." Following a hundred Hadith desperately trying to ascribe the rites and rituals of Islam to the Jewish patriarchs, and a hundred more proclaiming that they were derived from the pagan practices of Qusayy, one line contradicts them all.

Effects of the above hadith and questions:

Based on the above, the first Muslims, and Arabs before Mohammad (PBUH) thought a month was generally 30 days. It was Mohammad (PBUH) who changed the way Arabs used to do things, which roughly accorded with everyone else.

As well, Mohammad (pbuh) would change the rules as he went along.

1) Why did Bukhari, Ishaq and Tabari include these verses?
a) Was it to show the origin of why the Muslim world departed from the rest of the world in keeping in recording their dates?
b) Is it to show how Mohammad (pbuh) changed the rules of society as he went along as he saw fit?
c) Did they agree with him?
d) Do you agree with him?
e) Why is Saudi Arabia the only Muslim country that uses this method of date keeping as an official barometer of record keeping?

The Praying Tree

Bukhari, Volume 7, Book 65, Number 355:
Narrated 'Abdullah bin Umar:
While we were sitting with the Prophet a spadix of palm tree was brought to him. The Prophet said, "There is a tree among the trees which is as blessed as a Muslim" I thought that it was the date palm tree and intended to say, "It is the date-palm tree, O Allah's Apostle!" but I looked behind to see that I was the tenth and youngest of ten men present there, so I kept quiet' Then the Prophet said, "It is the datepalm tree."

Praise be to Allah, and Rasulallah (may peace be unto him), Muslim ecologists have found the tree that is as blessed as a Muslim. Wouldn't you know it, it is facing Macca and prostrating itself.
